Belly Dancing is an energetic art form with the added benefit of being a great fitness workout. It is suitable to all ages, all shapes and sizes. No previous training or experience is necessary.
This ancient and graceful dance form gives you a non-impact workout and can also dramatically transform and reshape your body. Even more importantly, Belly Dancing encourages cooperation and creativity. It is great exercise and lots of fun. Belly dance for Twifties - and every other age!
